All deposits are NON-refundable. A deposit is charged to hold a reservation and take a vehicle of your choice off the market until the date of service. Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date at the start of the run.

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused during the rental. Carpet or seat burn: $300.00 per occurrence. Sanitation fee: $1,000 (or at driver's discretion if anyone gets sick).

Overtime pay applies after the first 10 minutes past prearranged time and is charged on an hourly basis. Wait time for other reservations is $30–$75 per every 15 minutes.

No food consumption in our limos. No smoking permitted. Drug use is prohibited by law — any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund for blatant indiscretion.

We monitor all flights and adjust scheduling accordingly. We cannot guarantee vehicle availability when flights are more than 45 minutes late. Not responsible for delays caused by unsafe winter road conditions. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

Must cancel at least 12 hours prior to reservation for a full refund.

Begins after 45 min for domestic, 60 min for international. Rate: $15 per 15 minutes.

Must cancel at least 7 days prior to avoid full charge. Any trip not cancelled within this timeframe will incur a full charge.

Charged a full fare plus 20% gratuity. No exceptions.

All Covid-19 cancellations follow the same rules as outlined above.
